Grail of the Summits - Service Principality of the Summits This award may be given by the Coronets for notable contributions in the Arts and Sciences, Service, or Martial endeavor. Recipients may wear an argent grail pendant with colored field (vert for Arts and Sciences, gules for Service, sable for Martial) on a beaded necklace. Green Bear Barony of Aquaterra Barony of Aquaterra: This is regarded as a third level service award. We do not expect to give out more than 3 or 4 of these awards during any 12-month period of time. The person being considered for this award would have a long history of consistent selfless service to the Barony and would probably already have been given a Silver Dolphin and a Golden Estoille or have performed an unusual and outstanding service which was beyond the usual level of expectation of one of our members. Recipients of the Green Leaf are recognized by the Baron and Baroness as important contributors to activities and enjoyment in the Barony. Grey Goose Shaft Kingdom of An Tir The Grey Goose Shaft may be offered by the Crown on the advice of the members of the order, for demonstrating exceptional skill and chivalry in one or more of the following areas: Target Archery, Combat Archery, Missile Combat, Thrown Weapons, Siege Weapons or Equestrian Archery; plus service to An Tir and its people, knowledge of the courtly graces, and obedience to the laws and ideals of An Tir and the Society. Members of the Order of the Grey Goose Shaft shall be known as Archos. The award also imparts a Grant of Arms to the recipient. The Order was formally closed on June 21 AS LX. Gwraidd Barony of Madrone The Gwraidd, (Welsh for Root of the Tree), is the martial award for the Barony of Madrone. The Baron and Baroness recognize recipients of the Gwraidd as important contributors to the martial arts within the Barony.
