The original award was created in the first reign of Duchess Eislinn the Patient (whose heraldic arms contain a doe), and the name was changed to honor her as a memorial. |

Barony of SunDragon, Kingdom of Atenveldt:
There shall exist in the Barony of SunDragon an award known as the Order of the Dragon’s Scale. It may be given by the Baron/ess to those persons who have excelled in the Arts in the Barony of SunDragon. The holders of this award shall be entitled to place after their name CDS; and shall be styled as Companions of the Order of the Dragon’s Scale.
The insignia of the Order shall be jewels colored as the rainbow in the barony arms, which shall be displayed on a white ribbon. Jewels will be awarded by the Baron/ess
Gules jewel - first
Argent jewel - second
Azure jewel - third
Or jewel - fourth
Purpure jewel - Full Companionship
This award may be presented to the same individual more than once, but only at a higher Level than is currently held by the recipient. Full Companionship in the Order will be awarded at the pleasure of the Baron/ess, after consultation with the other full members of the order. |
