Iris of Merit

given to those who have consistently shown outstanding work in the arts and sciences, well above that which is expected, and who have displayed a consistent respect for the laws of the kingdom. Companions of the order are entitled to place the initials CIM after their names, and to wear on their left shoulder a ribbon tinctured as a rainbow in spectrum. The badge of the order is: Or, a mullet of five greater and give lesser points sable surmounted by a natural rainbow proper.
