The Jewel of Alces is given to those who consistently display extreme excellence in the giving of their time, talents, service, chivalry, assistance, active participation, courtesy, scholastic accomplishment, and are always providing unfailing support of this Barony and our populous;being those who thereby set themselves apart as a shining example of the ideal citizen of Arn Hold.
