Herald Extraordinary

It is not an award as much as it is a recognition, and is usually given at the Society level by Laurel Sovereign of Arms. It is non armigerous, but to a Herald, it is the supreme recognition of spiffyness, and entitles the recipient to register a personal heraldic title that is, in effect, personal property...it cannot be reassigned by Kingdom. Ceremonial
